The Miles Avery Manor opens to a 30’ foyer
with a grand staircase and intricate cedar beams. Follow this area to a spacious
master wing that includes the bedroom, an adjoining exercise facility and a
luxurious bathroom with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, sitting area and
accommodating closet. The master wing also provides access to a private turret
study.
The
Salvaggios incorporate family and their Italian heritage into the kitchen. A
romantic Italian style of the past has been recreated with modern amenities
sure to please the most discriminating amateur or professional chef. A true
stock room provides ultimate storage and convenience. Appliances by Wolf® and

you on an enchanting journey below to a true, 21st century wine cellar.
Subzero® provides enough refrigeration for imported cheeses and over 500 bottles
of wine. After-dinner relaxation in this European Wine Cellar will leave your

The Miles Avery Manor offers many amenities including a
butler’s pantry, a second master suite down, and large vaulted living spaces. A
screened Veranda with Wolf grilling under roof makes “weather permitting
grilling” a mere memory. Spacious garages accommodate up to four vehicles and a
Porte Cochere leads to courtyard parking. The upstairs offers two additional
